Develop and lead WellPower's digital and social media engagement strategy across platforms to grow visibility, brand alignment, and audience engagement. Evaluate emerging digital tools and technologies to continuously improve reach, while supervising two multimedia communication strategists to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely updates. Lead digital analytics strategy by overseeing Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Sprout Social, providing advanced data interpretation and trend reports for leadership. Oversee the execution of social media and email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing, and performance analysis, while maintaining the organization's Microsoft SharePoint environment for strong content governance. Manage vendor relationships related to digital tools and creative support, ensuring adherence to brand standards across all channels. This role may be fully remote or require on-site work three days per week in the Denver Metro Area.
