Job Summary
Digital Engagement Manager leads the development and optimization of internal digital engagement channels (intranet Rambla, Viva Engage, newsletters) and oversees channel strategy and platform upgrades (SharePoint Modern) within Ramboll's Internal & People Communications team. Collaborates with IT and external vendors, drives initiatives for AI-enabled communications, and oversees the Digital Engagement Specialist based in Chennai while coordinating with teams in Copenhagen (and possibly Manchester) to ensure enterprise-wide engagement and alignment with the new company strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an intranet or digital engagement manager
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills within large, global organizations
- Expertise in managing and optimizing global digital engagement platforms
- Proven project management skills with ability to lead and support colleagues
- Knowledge of how tech and AI impact internal communications
- Proficiency with upgrading intranets (SharePoint Classic to SharePoint Modern) and using SharePoint Modern; Viva suite advantage a plus
