Job Summary
Drive and optimize Ramboll's internal digital engagement across channels such as the intranet Rambla, Viva Engage, and newsletters. Lead the development and execution of channel strategies, upgrade and expand SharePoint-based intranet from Classic to Modern, and leverage AI technologies to enhance internal communications. Manage global digital engagement platforms, monitor performance using surveys and engagement data, and guide the Digital Engagement Specialist in Chennai, India. Collaborate with IT and external vendors on large cross-functional projects and ensure seamless support for intranet users and communities in a dynamic, international environment. Based in Copenhagen with flexible hybrid work options.
