Job Summary
Serve as the primary liaison between Sales and IT, triaging issues, clarifying business requirements, and tracking enhancement requests to maintain status visibility. Act as the SAP C4C CRM super user, troubleshooting challenges and resolving questions for the commercial team. Maintain and update customer extranet portal documents while administering access and managing user permissions. Design and maintain internal digital tools using Power Platform to streamline workflows and reduce manual workload. Own the development and continuous improvement of ComHub, centralizing the commercial playbook and daily tools. Support end users with training and troubleshooting before escalating to IT, and actively participate in functional technology steering groups to represent customer priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Related college degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years in Digital program deployment
- Experience leading Digital change
- Proven capability to build Digital roadmaps
- Experience aligning with enterprise architecture
- Digital dexterity
- Capability to learn and utilize digital workplace technologies
- Ability to catalyze new ways of working
- Must be able and willing to travel to Mobile, Alabama, on an as-needed basis
