Job Summary
Digital Enablement Specialist responsible for accelerating digital transformation by delivering enablement for internal teams and customers, creating training sessions and impactful presentations, onboarding key accounts, executing regional go-to-market strategies for digital products, guiding teams on Warren CAT’s digital tools, collecting and interpreting feedback to drive product and UX improvements, supporting growth projects to expand digital channel adoption and customer base, and maintaining strong relationships with Caterpillar and key accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and NPS. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 2-4 years of relevant experience; strong presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills; familiarity with digital tools and platforms (e.g., VisionLink, Parts.Cat.Com, SIS2.0) is a plus; travel up to 15%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, along with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in digital product enablement, customer success, or sales support, preferably in a heavy equipment, construction, or industrial services environment
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience delivering to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work cross-functional and influence without authority
- Understanding of digital transformation trends, customer behavior, and change management principles
- Experience with Caterpillar systems and platforms (e.g., VisionLink, Parts.Cat.Com, SIS2.0) is a plus
