Digital EHS Implementation Expert (m/w/d)

Job Summary
Lead the technical implementation of EHS software solutions across varying project complexities in Germany, managing configurations for multiple modules and vendors like Enablon and Essential Suite. Conduct gap analysis workshops, define requirements, and perform API integrations with client IT teams while maintaining technical documentation. Facilitate customer meetings to identify risks and discuss status updates, collaborate with software vendors on change requests, and mentor teams on training and task execution. Develop EHS requirements and workflows directly with clients. This role involves up to 15% customer-facing time and requires a Bachelor's in environmental engineering or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Umweltingenieurwesen, MINT-Abschlüssen oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet oder mehrjährige Erfahrung mit der Implementierung von EHS Softwarelösungen
- Gültiger Führerschein Klasse B
Desired Qualifications
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich MIS/EHS Management Software
- Erfahrung mit MIS-/EHS-Softwarelösungen, idealerweise Enablon, aber auch Cority, Intelex, Sphera Solutions, EtQ oder vergleichbaren Systemen
- Erfahrung mit Geschäftsanalysen
- Kenntnisse über den Lebenszyklus der Softwareimplementierung sowie über agile Softwareentwicklungskonzepte
- Erfahrung mit MS SharePoint und MS Visio
- Kenntnisse/Erfahrungen in der Durchführung von Kundenschulungen
- Kenntnisse/Erfahrungen mit SQL Scripting
- Grundkenntnisse/Erfahrungen mit objektorientierten Programmiersprachen
- Grundkenntnisse/Erfahrungen mit Script-Sprachen
