Job Summary
Manage day-to-day ecommerce website operations, overseeing updates, checkout functionality, payment settings, tracking, apps, and integrations. Coordinate with developers, agencies, and internal teams to implement enhancements, resolve issues, and ensure site reliability, mobile responsiveness, and brand consistency. Lead projects from planning through launch by creating briefs, timelines, QA plans, and testing procedures while managing cross-functional teams, budgets, and deliverables. Apply UX/UI best practices to improve the online shopping experience, identify friction points, and support A/B testing and landing page optimization using analytics tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity. Explore practical uses of AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, QA, and workflow efficiency. Monitor conversion rates, traffic, and campaign effectiveness to prepare business-focused performance reporting and recommendations. Support marketing teams by ensuring landing pages, tracking, and campaign assets function correctly before launch.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in ecommerce, website operations, digital commerce, or ecommerce project management
- Experience managing ecommerce websites and digital projects
- Hands-on experience with major ecommerce platforms
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, QA, and launch planning experience
- Knowledge of ecommerce technologies, integrations, analytics, tracking, checkout systems, and customer journey optimization
- Strong UX/UI understanding and visual design judgment
- Experience using analytics and behavior tracking tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
