Job Summary
Digital Ecommerce Manager leads PEMCO's digital sales strategy to convert online prospects into bound policies, optimize the quote-to-bind funnel, and drive measurable growth across digital and omni-channel experiences. Responsibilities include owning the online quote/purchase platform, driving UI/UX improvements, integrating digital with non-digital touchpoints, collaborating with IT/design/marketing to align roadmaps, monitoring analytics and KPIs, conducting A/B tests and personalization, and ensuring data privacy and regulatory compliance while supporting revenue growth across channels.
Required Qualifications
- B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years in digital customer experience or ecommerce roles with increasing scope and complexity
- Progressive experience in strategy, marketing, digital technology, or related environments
- MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Technical: data analytics tools, ecommerce platforms, and CX technologies
