Job Summary
Review, index, and manage client documentation packages to support account opening, product setup, and regulatory initiatives. Execute documentation for completeness and accuracy, analyze standards to identify issues, and coordinate with partners to resolve discrepancies within defined timelines. Validate data for controlled transitions and maintain productivity standards while communicating risks and dependencies to stakeholders across time zones. Partner with Legal, Operations, and Technology to drive continuous improvement in operating processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, International Relations, Translation, or a closely related discipline
- Advanced verbal and written English proficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately to deadlines in a controlled environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing consistent, high-quality work
Desired Qualifications
- Experience reviewing, processing, or managing client documentation in a corporate or regulated environment
- Familiarity with document management, indexing, or records control processes
- Experience supporting regulatory change, remediation initiatives, or data migration activities
- Ability to identify root causes of documentation breaks and propose practical process improvements
- Experience working with global teams across multiple locations and time zones
