Job Summary
Digital Designer with Business Mindset at Superellipse: Own the full design journey from research and strategic framing to polished prototypes and client-facing deliverables. Develop UX and product strategy, plan and synthesize qualitative/quantitative research, facilitate co-creation workshops, translate insights into journey maps, service flows, wireframes, and prototypes, and bring concepts to life in Figma. Collaborate across design, tech, and strategy teams; present to clients, write proposals, and contribute to business development. Strong Figma skills, systems-thinking, and comfort with ambiguity are essential. Fluent in English with ability to work with Dutch-speaking clients; French is a plus. Hybrid work available (1-2 days from home per week). Location: Antwerpen, Vlaams Gewest, Belgium (Antwerpen office).
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in UX, digital product design, and/or service design
- Strong Figma skills and experience prototyping concepts in Figma
- Comfortable stepping into different roles depending on the project (lead one project, support another)
- Experience planning, conducting and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, workshops, desk research, benchmarks, data analysis)
- Ability to facilitate co-creation workshops and translate outputs into product opportunities
- Ability to translate insights into journey maps, service flows, wireframes, prototypes, and client-ready presentations
- Experience presenting to clients, writing proposals, and contributing to business development
- Fluency in English and ability to work with Dutch-speaking clients; French is a plus
- Motivation to help grow the company and advance design capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Comfort with ambiguity and bringing structure to chaotic situations
