Job Summary
Design high-quality visual assets to strengthen VALD’s brand identity across web and social channels; develop digital design projects from concept to completion; create intuitive user interfaces through wireframes, prototypes, and layout design; ensure accessibility in line with WCAG; collaborate with marketing, product, and sales to translate messaging into engaging visuals; stay current with design trends and deliver polished, brand-consistent assets for web, digital ads, and internal communications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or UX/UI design (or similar)
- Minimum 2 years of professional design experience
- High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Web design experience and understanding of web best practices (basis HTML/CSS knowledge desirable)
- Knowledge of platform specifications for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Demonstrated ability to weave strategic narratives through visual design, typography, and layout
- Strong eye for detail and visual hierarchy
- Excellent ability to interpret and work from creative briefs
- Clear concepts presentation and justification of design decisions
- Experience gathering and implementing feedback from multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
