Job Summary
Digital Designer at T-Mobile responsible for delivering visual design across web, social, emails, and digital campaigns for the Ultra & Mint brands. Role involves collaborating with copywriters, marketing teams, project managers, and other digital professionals to ensure cohesive creative output, adhering to brand standards, and supporting design across quick-turn requests. Responsibilities include designing for mid-to-high complexity projects, print-design tasks (color mode, dielines, packaging files), presenting concepts in reviews, guiding handoffs, mentoring junior designers, and contributing to design resources and templates. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related design experience (or equivalent), 3+ years of relevant design experience, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and UX/UI tools (Figma, FigJam), knowledge of Braze and Google tools, strong portfolio, and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The role is hybrid with 3+ days in-person in the United States and offers comprehensive benefits and bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- 3+ years of relevant design experience in an agency or corporate environment with formal design training and a strong portfolio.
- Previous experience with web/social design (Preferred)
- Agency experience as a plus
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
