Job Summary
Senior Digital Designer to own the visual architecture and scalable design systems for the Solution Creative Design Team. You’ll define template systems, motion frameworks, and brand standards that scale across large enterprise customer bases; design reusable libraries and content systems to accelerate onboarding, pilots, and expansion; partner with Sales, CS, and Solutions Consulting to embed creative output into commercial motions from onboarding to QBRs and expansion; translate customer goals into design decisions tied to KPIs like activation rate, time-to-value, content velocity, and retention; mentor mid-level and junior designers and drive evolution of design tooling and operations for speed and consistency; collaborate with Product on platform-wide template architecture and participate as a strategic creative voice in cross-functional initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of design experience in commercial / GTM-facing environments (SaaS, enterprise software, or agencies serving SaaS clients) with a portfolio showing scaled systems
- demonstrably owned a design system, template library, or visual framework at scale
- expertise with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator; knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro
- experience collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting and Product to embed design into commercial motions
- ability to mentor mid-level and junior designers and coach craft quality
- systems-thinking mindset focused on standardising assets and processes
- ability to translate customer goals and KPIs into design decisions and tie outputs to measurable business outcomes
Desired Qualifications
