Digital Design Specialist: Structural Engineering

Partner with Project Engineers and Project Managers to support the design, modeling, and documentation of diverse building types and structural systems. Execute Building Information Modeling of structural components and contribute to the development of construction documentation through all design phases. Review, coordinate, and process construction administration documents to ensure accuracy, while proactively identifying design challenges and developing practical solutions. Develop and maintain BIM Standards within a multidisciplinary environment. Collaborate with Project Leaders and Managing Directors to gain mentorship and exposure to project leadership. This role requires 4–15 years of experience with an emphasis on structural drafting and BIM modeling, including proficiency in CAD and Revit. Candidates must demonstrate strong collaboration skills and attention to detail in producing high-quality construction documentation.
