Digital Design Lead - Mobile

Job Summary
Lead multiple design teams across journeys and squads, providing product design direction and oversight to ensure craft excellence aligned to design platform guidelines. Participate in product roadmapping and quarterly planning, validate design hypotheses through iterative MVP releases, and align business objectives with customer needs within an Agile, test-and-learn framework. Represent the design practice with cross-functional stakeholders and partners, position design as a trusted business partner delivering measurable value, and facilitate demos and workshops. Manage and mentor designers, build capability through feedback and coaching, and assist in recruiting and retaining high-performing talent.
Required Qualifications
- Must-have BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science (CS), or a related field with at least 10 years of experience as a designer
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience leading teams and complex digital projects
- Experience working in an Agile delivery framework in a Scrum or Lean UX model
- Project management skills to plan, analyse resources in order to meet delivery requirements
- Experience coaching and mentoring team members
