Job Summary
Digital & Design Payment Control Manager VP leads end-to-end controls strategy for payments, partnering with global/regional teams to drive governance, risk reduction, and transformational initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing regional controls (front line, operational, and technology), chairing governance forums, driving testing programs for the control framework, delivering executive reporting and analytics, and developing team capabilities. Requires senior leadership engagement, matrix-organization experience, strong communication, data-driven decision making, and a track record of transforming payments or financial services controls with regulatory awareness and stakeholder engagement.
