Job Summary
Digital Delivery Technician supports project teams by setting up, managing, and publishing BIM models to ensure accurate, timely project deliverables while maintaining standards and model integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include BIM model setup, coordination, publishing, creating views/sheets/worksets, managing file links and sheet indexes, performing model health checks, resolving routine linking issues, following Digital Delivery standards and quality control procedures, assisting with clash detection, and tracking priorities in alignment with project schedules. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Revit, familiarity with AutoCAD and Navisworks, knowledge of BIM workflows in the MEP industry, experience with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, and effective communication and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Two-year technical degree in an applicable discipline + 2-4 years experience preferred OR bachelor’s degree in related field with 0–2 years experience preferred OR six years applicable experience preferred
- Professional or industry certification a plus
- Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with AutoCAD and Navisworks
- Working knowledge of BIM and 3D modeling workflows within the MEP industry
- Experience using Bluebeam and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy across model deliverables
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly in written and verbal formats
- Effective collaboration skills and ability to work within a team environment
