Digital Delivery Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead cross-functional teams and/or programs composed of multiple projects/work streams with moderate complexity to deliver high-impact DD&T initiatives within a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. Determine prioritization of work, plan solutions to achieve objectives, interface with sponsors and stakeholders for quick decision-making, manage a team of internal and/or contractors, and ensure on-time, in-budget project delivery with transparent status communication. Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years of experience in leading IT programs/projects, and certifications (PMP/Prince2/Agile). Strong analytical, organizational, budgeting, and English communication skills; ability to travel regionally/globally. Hybrid work model at the Mexico City Santa Fe site with a minimum in-office requirement of 10 days per month.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Project management Certifications (PMP, Prince 2, Agile, etc)
- 3+ years relevant experience leading highly visible, complex IT programs/projects
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry (GxP shopfloor)
- Exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations and quality assurance/control
- Ability to manage data collection and analysis to make fact-based decisions
- Ability to set priorities, develop workflow processes, and manage teams in a fluid environment
- Access to transportation to attend meetings; ability to fly regionally/globally
- Excellent oral and written English communications skills
