Job Summary
Digital Data Subject Matter Expert (SME) leads customer-facing training and advanced digital-data analysis for law-enforcement customers, from onboarding through ongoing support. Responsibilities include designing and delivering training on products like NightHawk, CellHawk, and Leads Online; conducting virtual and in-person sessions; hosting webinars and events; translating complex analytical concepts into accessible learning content; collaborating with product, engineering, and client support teams to improve training materials; ensuring data handling and CJIS compliance; and staying current on investigative technologies. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience in criminal investigations and training program design, and willingness to travel and provide after-hours support.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a training/presenting, analytical, or SME role
- 5+ years of law enforcement investigative or analysis experience preferred
- Familiarity with CDR/digital evidence platforms a plus
- Direct experience in criminal investigations and training program delivery
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel and provide after-hours support
- CJIS Security Policy eligibility requirements
- Ability to work independently in dynamic environment
