Job Summary
Digital Data Analyst to measure and report on how members use digital pension experiences. Responsibilities include tagging and measurement of digital journeys, gathering and analysing data to produce actionable insights, creating and maintaining dashboards/reports (GA4 and Power BI), collaborating with design/product/UX to understand data needs, identifying data to support personalisation, contributing to testing during development, and monitoring live performance post-launch to drive improvements. Skills include web analytics with Microsoft technology, understanding data-driven personalisation, SEO and site performance, statistical concepts and A/B testing, strong analytical mindset, ability to articulate issues and collaborate with IT for journey improvement.
