Job Summary
Digital Cybersecurity Engineer coordinating and delivering cybersecurity solutions for operational technology contexts. Lead the development, implementation, and onboarding of digital security offerings; provide technical support to customers to apply cybersecurity solutions, enable timely and cost-effective project delivery, and train customers through onboarding to post-deployment support. Collaborate with Sales and technical teams to translate customer needs into actionable cybersecurity deployments. Requires strong ICS/SCADA knowledge, OT security best practices, and familiarity with standards (IEC 62443, NIST, ISO/IEC 2700x); experience with Modbus/OPC and industrial networks; willing to travel up to 75% and operate in a hybrid role based in Cleveland, OH. Must be able to work in the US as a citizen or with work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in industrial automation or OT environments
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in industrial automation or OT environments (preferred)
- Strong understanding of ICS/SCADA systems, network protocols (Modbus, OPC, etc.), and industrial communication standards
- Knowledge of OT security best practices and cybersecurity frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST, ISO/IEC 2700x)
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, GIAC, ISA/IEC 62443)
- Familiarity with cyber platforms (e.g., AV solutions, backup/recovery, network monitoring) and patching strategies for OT systems
- Willingness to travel up to 75%
- US citizen or work authorization to perform work within the US
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate development, implementation, and onboarding of digital solutions
- Experience delivering training and ongoing support through the solution lifecycle
- Ability to collaborate with Sales and technical teams to map customer requirements to cybersecurity offerings
