Job Summary
Digital Customer Experience Product Owner for AES's US Utility digital strategy. Drives the development and execution of fully integrated applications to support customer experience objectives, including backlog, roadmap, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery. Partners with functional leads and technical teams to translate vision into implementable digital products, manages timelines and financial tracking, guides both agile and waterfall processes, and ensures quality standards are met. Builds strong cross-functional relationships, oversees external partner/supplier relationships, and focuses on driving business outcomes through innovative digital solutions. Requires a BA/BS and 3-5 years of relevant technical experience, with experience in online/mobile app design, data structuring, and strong communication skills; PMP is desirable. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React Native, plus Microsoft Office 365 tools, is expected.
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS with at least 3-5 years of relevant technical experience
- Experience with online and mobile app system design, programming, and data structuring
- Strong project and budget management skills; PMP desired or willing to work toward certification
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across the organization, including with executive leaders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-supplier software development programs
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React Native or similar mobile app development framework
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (MS Project, TEAMS, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Power BI)
