Job Summary
Digital & Customer Experience Analyst to join Severn Trent's Colleague Experience team in the Technology function. Responsible for gathering requirements, mapping current and future processes, producing clear documentation and functional specifications, and translating business needs into tangible IT-enabled solutions. You’ll lead workshops, facilitate discussions with a wide range of stakeholders, and collaborate across Agile or Waterfall delivery methods to ensure requirements are understood, tracked, and delivered. The role emphasizes process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and an end-to-end view of digital or technology solutions delivery, with some travel to other sites as needed and a flexible work-from-home pattern.
