Job Summary
Digital Creator for a Novotel Bali Ubud Resort within the Accor network. Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality photos, short-form videos (e.g., Instagram Reels/TikToks), and graphics for luxury or lifestyle hotel brands. Develop and manage content calendars across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) while ensuring brand consistency with the Accor brand charter. Actively engage with guests and manage the hotel's online reputation; collaborate with local content creators and influencers to boost brand visibility and generate user-generated content. Plan and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads to drive targeted traffic. Promote the hotel's F&B and events spaces to convert online engagement into on-site visits and reservations. Maintain local SEO and ensure hotel listings are up to date across directories. Track performance metrics (engagement, follower growth, click-through, conversions) using analytics tools and provide insights to optimize digital strategies and ROI. Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in digital/eCommerce or related area are required; hospitality marketing or agency experience is preferred. Proficiency in English and strong interpersonal/communication skills are essential. This is a full-time role based in Bali with in-person work arrangements and opportunities for development within Accor.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in eCommerce, Marketing, Business Administration or related major
- Minimum 4 years' experience in digital, eCommerce or related professional area; hospitality marketing or agency experience preferred
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Excellence interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly reliable in thorough execution and follow-through
