Job Summary
Senior Engineer to design and develop embedded firmware in C/C++ for microcontroller and DSP-based systems; contribute to firmware architecture design for subsystems or full product platforms; implement and tune digital control loops, filters, and compensators for real-time control; analyze data to validate firmware performance and identify optimization opportunities; support hardware bring-up, debugging, and root cause analysis of firmware-hardware interactions; document firmware architecture and validation results; collaborate with hardware, power electronics, controls, and software teams; participate in design reviews and drive continuous improvement and cross-functional project workstreams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience developing embedded firmware using C/C++ in real-time operating environments
- Experience using lab instrumentation such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
