Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of enterprise content strategy across the customer journey, aligning business priorities with audience needs and measurable outcomes. Responsibilities include mapping journeys by persona/segment, defining taxonomy, editorial frameworks, publishing workflows, governance, and partnerships with web, UX, analytics, and product teams to optimize digital experiences and personalization. Reports into the head of digital marketing; open across multiple sites (Austin, Gratkorn, Toulouse). Requires senior-level experience in content strategy and digital marketing, strong stakeholder management, and a Master’s degree.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum requirements Master’s degree in marketing, communications, business, digital experience, information architecture or a related field.
