Job Summary
Digital Content Strategist at Hallmark leads the enterprise eCommerce content calendar, translating high-level brand and eCommerce goals into executable content for Hallmark.com and the Hallmark Cards Now app. Responsible for guiding the in-house Creative team, aligning with Merchandising, Marketing, and Digital Experience & Product teams, and driving conversion through strategic content planning, briefs, cross-functional collaboration, and performance analysis. Key activities include managing storefront navigation and promotional components, leading creative and digital enhancement reviews, collaborating on cross-channel opportunities (email, social, SEO), analyzing content performance and consumer trends, and presenting insights to optimize user journeys and marketing journeys. Requires a bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience and at least 5 years in eCommerce/digital marketing/merchandising, plus strong communication skills and experience with content calendars, briefs, and cross-functional teamwork.

- At least 5 years of experience working in eCommerce, digital marketing or merchandising
- Experience managing a content calendar
- Experience creating and presenting briefs for digital or web content creation
