Key activities include managing storefront navigation and promotional components, leading creative and digital enhancement reviews, collaborating on cross-channel opportunities (email, social, SEO), analyzing content performance and consumer trends, and presenting insights to optimize user journeys and marketing journeys. Requires a bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience and at least 5 years in eCommerce/digital marketing/merchandising, plus strong communication skills and experience with content calendars, briefs, and cross-functional teamwork.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing a content calendar
  • Experience creating and presenting briefs for digital or web content creation
