Job Summary
Produce, co-produce, and distribute content across station digital platforms. Write original stories for digital platforms; edit video and photos for digital stories; monitor and optimize content on the station website, apps, and social media pages. Collaborate with newsroom staff to create the best user experience for viewers and use digital metrics and analytics to adjust and maximize newsroom digital strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, or related field
- Demonstrated mastery of digital and social media strategy
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and information under pressure
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have scheduling flexibility
