Job Summary
Digital Content Producer responsible for conceptualising, creating, and producing original, high-quality multimedia content across multiple digital formats (written posts, graphics, videos) and platforms. Transform print content into engaging digital formats, develop platform-native copy optimised for each channel, produce real-time content on trending topics, and collaborate with designers to ensure brand standards. Contribute to content calendar development, identify opportunities aligned with brand values and goals, optimise content for discoverability via hashtags, keywords and SEO, adapt content based on platform performance data and audience feedback, and foster audience participation and community building.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in languages, arts, journalism or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a digital content creator
- Fluent in English with excellent grammar and spelling skills
- Strong knowledge of current affairs, culture and lifestyle content
- Knowledge of fashion, beauty, lifestyle and pop culture
- Proficiency with Word processing and CMS such as WordPress
- Strong editorial principles and journalism ethics
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
