Digital Content & Marketing Manager

Job Summary
Execute the organization's digital marketing and communications strategy by creating and publishing engaging content across social media, email, and the website. Manage social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube while designing graphics, writing copy, and optimizing for SEO. Coordinate annual, quarterly, and monthly communications calendars, monitor campaign performance metrics, and prepare monthly reports with insights. Collaborate with the Director of Communications, Development, and regional teams to support fundraising, donor stewardship, and volunteer recruitment initiatives. Maintain brand standards and visual consistency across all digital channels while ensuring messaging aligns with organizational priorities and survivor-centered values.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Three or more years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or content creation
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, photography, videography, and content creation
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Experience managing social media platforms and email marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar creative software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively while managing day-to-day communications independently
- Mature Christian faith, as evidenced by participation in a local Christian church
- Three references (supervisor, professional, personal)
- Agree to and pass all required criminal background checks, including the DFPS criminal history check and the abuse and neglect registry check
- Pass employment eligibility verification
- Willingness to use personal vehicle for work travel; valid driver's license; reliable vehicle; current car insurance

Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a nonprofit organization
- Experience supporting fundraising and donor engagement campaigns
- Familiarity with website content management systems (WordPress or similar)
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Virtuous, Constant Contact, HubSpot, or similar
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, and digital marketing best practices
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools to enhance content development while maintaining brand standards
- Support larger video productions led by the Director of Communications or external creative partners
- Maintain an organized digital asset library of photography, video, and creative resources
