Job Summary
WVUE is seeking a Digital Content Supervisor to lead digital efforts and manage the production and publication of content across all FOX 8 multimedia platforms. Responsibilities include writing and publishing news coverage, developing digital content strategies, monitoring analytics for optimizing engagement, and collaborating with teams to drive CTV adoption and engagement. The candidate must have strong writing skills, communication abilities, and at least 5 years of relevant experience in content creation for various digital platforms, along with a BS/BA in Journalism/Communications.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience developing, creating, and executing content for broadcast, digital, and social
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and social media strategies
- Familiarity with digital publishing tools and content management systems (CMS)
- BS/BA in Journalism/Communications or equivalent background
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with long-form storytelling and investigations
- Knowledge of AI’s role in SEO optimization
- Ability to identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging AI technologies

- Must be willing to work in New Orleans, LA
- Flexible work hours required, must be willing and able to work a variety of shifts, including but not limited to mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights, holidays, weekends, and possible overtime hours.
