Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality learning content aligned to instructional design standards and business objectives. Independently deliver learning assets across digital, virtual, and blended formats, ensuring instructional accuracy, learner engagement, and compliance with quality and accessibility standards. Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to deliver effective learning solutions. Create and update course outlines, storyboards, and learning assets for eLearning, ILT, vILT, and video formats. Review deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and quality before submission, incorporating feedback from leads and resolving conflicting inputs. Engage with subject matter experts to gather inputs and validate learning content while contributing to best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce within Accenture's global Talent Development function.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Learning & Development content design and development
- Proven experience developing learning content in a corporate or professional L&D environment
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
- Experience with multiple learning approaches (eLearning, instructor-led, virtual learning)
- Strong content writing, editing, and review skills
- Exposure to digital learning formats such as microlearning, videos, and simulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience with at least one learning authoring tool (e.g., Articulate suite or equivalent)
- High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive learning practices applicable in Australia
- Must be open to Australian shift timings: (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting global or regional learning programs preferred
- Preferred: Degree or certification in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Cognitive Psychology, English, Technical Writing, Communications, or related field
