Job Summary
Conceptualize and produce promotional videos and visual assets for internal communications, conferences, and leadership presentations; collaborate with scientists and engineers to distill technical concepts into clear, engaging visual stories; develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for the Digital R&D team's communications; on-site internship in Pudong, Shanghai (3–6 months, flexible with academic schedule); contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives and events while gaining hands-on experience in visual storytelling for STEM content.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Visual Communication, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Film/Video Production, or a related field
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
- Strong command of design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Figma)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling — ability to make science look and feel exciting
- Curiosity about science and technology; prior exposure to STEM content is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in Chinese; working proficiency in English preferred
