Job Summary
Plan, execute, and evaluate eCRM activities in line with brand and business objectives to support consumer retention, activation, reactivation, and with limited scope for new consumer acquisition. Responsibilities include creating and coordinating SMS and Newsletter content, coordinating engagement campaigns, optimizing communication channels, contributing to the digital eCRM strategy with data-driven insights, reporting and data analysis, stakeholder relationship management across Brand, Digital, CX, and Commercial Channels, and managing budgets. The role emphasizes continuous optimization of eCRM via performance analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consumer experiences. Requires 4–5 years in Digital Marketing, hands-on 360° brand campaign experience, strong analytical and collaboration skills, and fluent English.
Required Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience delivering 360° brand campaigns, including eCRM
- Strong experience with brand campaigns (eCRM campaigns is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical mindset, excellent collaboration skills, and attention to detail
