Job Summary

Digital Content Execution Manager responsible for ownership of day-to-day content operations and cross-functional coordination that translates marketing, merchandising, and platform changes into accurate, timely on-site experiences. Serves as the central intake point for content- and promo-related requests, establishes playbooks and QA checkpoints, drives execution clarity across partners, coordinates promo and event readiness, leads content updates tied to platform releases, and partners with internal teams (e.g., Sales Force, Marketing, Merch) to publish accurate updates on time. Focuses on governance, standards, and process improvements to reduce defects and rework while ensuring alignment across Supply Chain, TechOps, and Creative.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years professional experience
  • At least 3 years’ experience in digital content operations, ecommerce site merchandising operations, and/or marketing operations
  • Experience with project coordination, including running intakes, managing dependencies, and driving closure across multiple teams
  • Experience defining QA checklists and enforcing standards
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional kickoffs and status forums
  • Process mindset with experience simplifying complex workflows into clear playbooks, templates, and RACI/ownership
