Job Summary
Digital Content Creator to produce engaging visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling. Develop high-quality assets for social media and campaigns; capture, edit, and optimize video content for Instagram/TikTok/YouTube; design graphics and motion elements; write captions and scripts; edit with Premiere Pro/After Effects; optimize formats for platforms; manage media libraries and project workflows; ensure alignment with brand identity and tone; collaborate with marketing, social media, and design teams; brainstorm and pitch ideas; track tasks in project-management tools; adapt content for different audiences and campaign objectives; analyze performance and apply insights; maintain a cohesive aesthetic across platforms; able to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities; able to work in Guam, with in-person remote option as stated in the posting; demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum HS Diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in related field
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Keen understanding of social media advertising and awareness
- Experience in working with different media outlets and social media
- Experience implementing and running Social Media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and understanding SM trends, analytics and rules
- Understanding of marketing principles and marketing analytics
- Excellent writing and grammar skills
- Organizational, communication, and time management skills; detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with ability to run a project from inception to fruition
- Excellent time management and deadlines understanding
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is a plus
- Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance
- Must be able to work any shifts and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary to meet business needs
