Job Summary
Capture worship services, ministry events, and everyday church life through writing, photography, and video to tell stories of life change. Interview individuals to transform conversations into compelling digital narratives and create engaging social media content from sermons and weekend experiences. Execute the communication strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, the Bent Tree App, and the website while collaborating with the Engagement and Worship & Arts teams. Utilize analytics, experimentation, and AI tools to continually improve content performance and introduce new creative ideas that increase engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Professional experience creating compelling digital content
- Strong, videography, photography, editing and writing skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects) or other comparable software
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve workflows
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Active, growing relationship with Jesus Christ
- Bent Tree member or willing to become one as a condition of employment
- Lifting 5-10 pounds
