Job Summary
Digital Content Coordinator to manage and publish e-commerce content across US/Canada sites, support site personalization initiatives, QA testing, and drive site performance through cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include uploading and managing content via CMS, onboarding and publishing marketing assets, supporting site updates and customer experience initiatives, performing QA testing to prevent issues, producing content performance reporting, executing website personalization strategies, monitoring metrics like conversion and add-to-cart behavior, prioritizing content updates based on analytics, troubleshooting content and technical issues, and collaborating with Site Merchandising, Creative, UX, Planning, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure accurate, timely website content. Qualifications emphasize a Bachelor's degree, strong communication, organizational, multitasking capabilities, attention to detail, independence, technical aptitude with digital systems, and a passion for retail/e-commerce; preferred experience with CMS, product information systems, and personalization platforms, plus understanding of e-commerce operations and analytics.
