Job Summary
Create and localize digital and print marketing materials using Canva while executing local campaigns across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Develop social media strategies focusing on Instagram, Reels, and short-form video, and leverage AI tools for ideation, copywriting, and prompt engineering to boost creativity and speed. Maintain website content via CMS platforms and optimize assets for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to ensure visibility in AI-powered search environments like Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT. Produce newsletters, sales collateral, and community-driven content while collaborating with agencies and external partners to ensure consistent brand communication across all digital channels.
Required Qualifications
- Initial professional experience in marketing, content marketing, communications, or digital marketing
- Proven experience with Canva, social media, content creation, video content, and CMS platforms
- Strong understanding of evolving social media platforms and digital content formats
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms
- Experience with prompt engineering and the practical application of generative AI in marketing
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, digital innovation, and emerging marketing technologies
- Knowledge of, or strong interest in, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI Search, and future content discovery trends
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Very good command of English, min. C1 level
