Job Summary
Lead enterprise-scale Oracle EPM Planning implementations and drive delivery for client engagements, overseeing end-to-end project management from estimating to functional application deployment. Architect goal-achieving technology solutions while managing multiple projects of varying scales and durations, ensuring results meet or exceed specified engagement objectives. Provide delivery oversight and team leadership, establishing credibility with senior-level client executives through thought leadership, speaking engagements, and publications. Train and mentor Huron staff in project management and technical dimensions while cultivating enduring relationships that facilitate additional project work. Collaborate with client and firm senior leaders to navigate constant change and accelerate operational, digital, and cultural transformation.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale platform implementations
- Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management
- Oracle EPM Planning expertise with end-to-end implementations in a consulting environment
- Drive delivery and assist with pursuits
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
- Ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level, financially literate client executives on the basis of expertise, maturity, and professionalism
- Proven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publications
- Ability to manage multiple projects of different scale and duration
- Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
