Job Summary
Commercially minded Digital Consultant to drive new business sales on the Squiz DXP platform, manage an established portfolio for upsells/expansion, and nurture new opportunities. Act as trusted advisor to senior marketing, digital, and technology stakeholders; design, plan and facilitate stakeholder engagement and discovery workshops; articulate the value proposition of Squiz DXP and identify opportunities to expand adoption. Own RFT/RFP discussions, maintain forecast and pipeline (HubSpot), and drive measurable outcomes through strategic customer engagement, product adoption, and cross-functional collaboration. Role is based in London or Edinburgh with at least one day per week in the office and regular travel to customer sites. Essential experience includes 3+ years in account management, customer success, or consultative SaaS sales, strong commercial acumen, and proven ability to build relationships with marketing and technology stakeholders; excellent communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills. Nice-to-have skills include enterprise account management, CRM platforms familiarity (HubSpot/Salesforce), familiarity with DXP, CMS, personalisation, UX, and AI technologies.
