Job Summary
Configure and implement website and digital platform changes in line with release cycles and business requirements. Analyse requirements, create supporting documentation including traceability matrices, and deploy changes into staging and UAT environments before supporting production releases. Investigate and resolve website-related issues while conducting peer reviews to provide constructive feedback. Partner with internal stakeholders, clients, and third-party vendors to identify business needs, complete impact assessments, and drive ongoing optimisation of digital products and website performance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ yrs experience working in digital production, web operations, digital marketing, eBusiness, or online services delivery
- Strong hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS
- Understanding of website metadata, analytics, and optimisation techniques
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, APIs, Azure DevOps, and broader web technologies with development background in .NET, Java or React
- Experience working closely with designers, developers, and technical delivery teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Candidates must have the relevant work rights to be considered for an opportunity at MUFG Pension & Market Services
- Successful applicants will be required to complete background screening including police and employment history checks prior to commencement of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
- Experience working within a regulated financial services or enterprise environment
- Exposure to customer experience (CX) and digital optimisation initiatives
