Digital Communication Lead

Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day execution of Philanthropy Australia’s digital communications, driving high-volume outputs across email, website and social media; own management of the fortnightly Giving News e-newsletter, EDMs, event communications, CRM-driven distributions, and cross-channel content while ensuring on-brand, timely delivery and continuous optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain website content (WordPress), coordinate event listings, and optimize engagement through testing, data insights, and scalable processes. Build and maintain a cohesive digital presence and brand voice across channels, with strong emphasis on accuracy, accessibility, and audience segmentation.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Digital Communications, Digital Marketing, Media or a related field
- Experience delivering high-volume digital communications across email, website and social media platforms
