Job Summary
Conduct regular store visits to drive performance, ensure compliance with operational processes, and execute store operational audits. Resolve operational issues with branches and the Help Centre while investigating inefficiencies through GAP and SWOT analysis to identify improvement opportunities. Manage the delivery network by performing daily, weekly, and monthly audits of third-party partners, addressing driver complaints, and ensuring handover processes are adhered to. Facilitate training for new or existing processes, draw up standard operational procedures, and coordinate marketing material distribution for new store openings. Implement operations flow from order injection to store handover and driver return to increase online order percentages.
Required Qualifications
- +1 years' experience in a similar capacity or role, executing store operations processes in a retail environment – (essential)
- Experience executing supply chain and logistics processes within a retail operations environment – (essential)
- Experience executing and facilitating training of retail operational procedures – (essential)
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 with well-developed Excel skills – (essential)
Desired Qualifications
- Degree of Diploma in Business, Retail Management, eCommerce or related – (preferred)
