Job Summary
Director-level role directing the Digital Commerce portfolio and operations, owning governance, operating cadence, and financial discipline. Establishes standards and processes, drives enterprise alignment, and provides executive visibility into performance, investments, risks, and decision-making. Leads cross-pillar prioritization, ensures budget consolidation and forecasting accuracy, orchestrates the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Business Investment Request (BIR) processes, and translates enterprise requirements into actionable pillar-level expectations. Seeks continuous improvement in governance and operating models, strengthens role clarity and decision rights across the Digital Commerce operating model, and interacts with enterprise partners. Requires leadership experience in IT, strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to travel up to 25%, with familiarity or experience in Blue Yonder Warehouse Management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent preferred
- 10 years of hands-on experience in system rollouts
- 7+ years of progressive leadership roles in IT
- 3-5 years of experience in Blue Yonder Warehouse Management (preferred)
- Experience delivering reports to top executives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and willingness to take on new challenges
- Ability to travel 0-25% of the time
