Job Summary
Analyze ecommerce performance, customer behavior, and digital marketing data to identify opportunities for improving conversion, revenue, and overall digital customer experience. Develop and maintain executive dashboards, monitor key KPIs, and measure the impact of A/B testing and optimization initiatives. Partner with the Ecommerce Manager, Web Merchandiser, and CRM teams to prioritize initiatives, evaluate onsite content and campaigns, and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Ensure data integrity and continuously improve reporting capabilities and business intelligence tools to support data-driven decision-making across the Digital Commerce organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
- Experience analyzing ecommerce performance, customer behavior, and digital marketing performance
- Experience developing executive dashboards, performance reporting, and business analysis
- Experience supporting data-driven decision making within an ecommerce or retail environment
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
