Job Summary
Maintain and coordinate electronic channels to ensure accurate, professional delivery of Credit Union products and services. Monitor digital products/services (online banking, mobile apps, bill pay, member statements) for proper functionality; track usage and assist members with utilization. Monitor digital service offline statuses and inform management. Assist in staff training related to digital services. Coordinate channel content, notices, promotions, and regulatory disclosures with Marketing. Support policy/procedural changes for updates and system upgrades; help desk support for core-related issues; advise staff on digital service features to educate members.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three years similar or related work experience in a credit union or financial institution preferred
