Job Summary
Digital Campaign & Performance Specialist responsible for the effective management and optimization of global digital talent attraction campaigns. Lead multi-channel digital activities (paid media, programmatic, email, direct messaging) aligned to bp’s EVP, including GEO and retargeting, using A/B testing and performance data to inform decisions, optimize budgets, and ensure high-quality candidate experiences across experienced hire and early careers recruitment. Participate in activation and optimization of GEO, budget allocation, channel selection, and collaboration with global talent attraction teams and external media/employer brand agencies. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies (including AI) to inform attraction strategies, and consolidate data from multiple sources for senior-level reporting. Proficiency in AI agents, Power Automate, analytics, and analytics-driven optimization is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience delivering data driven digital attraction campaigns
- Good understanding of multi-channel digital marketing, including paid media, programmatic, GEO and email and direct messaging channels
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Data-driven approach, with experience using analytics, testing and optimization techniques to measure and improve campaign performance
- Proven experience delivering digital performance campaigns
- Demonstrated experience using data and optimization techniques (including A/B testing and retargeting) to improve campaign performance
- Proven track record of managing and delivering campaigns end-to-end across multiple priorities at pace
- Delivery excellence: Proven track record to work well in cross-functional and global teams to deliver excellent talent solutions with a culture of continuous improvement
