Digital Campaign/Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Summary
Execute and optimize digital media campaigns across diverse platforms for Flipp’s Private Shopper Network, ensuring campaigns launch with technical precision, monitor live spend to prevent pacing issues, and troubleshoot attribution/tracking discrepancies. Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Operations, Sales, Analytics, and external vendors to manage client budgets, develop media plans with flight dates and allocations, and generate regular performance reports. Drive data-driven optimization, identify risks/opportunities, and support resolution of delivery or data issues in partnership with senior team members. Role operates on a 1:00pm–10:00pm Italy local time schedule to align with Canada-based team/EST operations; English-language application materials requested.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years working in a relevant industry/position (i.e. digital media agency or news media company) or equivalent practical experience.
