Job Summary
Digital CAD Specialist responsible for design, documentation, and standardization of mechanical systems and production equipment. Create CAD models, maintain fixture/assembly records, and generate engineering drawings and BOMs to ensure design consistency, manufacturability, and alignment with operational requirements. Onsite role in New Berlin, WI, reporting to the Automation Manager; collaborate with the Smart Process Design Team to support manufacturing operations.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years CAD design experience
- SolidWorks experience preferred
- 2 Year Technical degree in manufacturing or related field
- Ability to communicate and work in a team environment
- American citizen or currently hold a US visa/work permit
